After a great win last week, this weeks game had the 8th placed Roys up against the 3rd placed Beverley Hills at KB Reserve on a fine sunny day.

The first quarter was one of the best of the season, with the fastest, most open play we have seen in any of the games so far.  The boys are going from strength to strength each week, with their team play improving at a great rate. 

The second quarter saw Beverley Hills play well kicking with the wind to outscore the Roys by 4 goals to 1, leaving the boys trailing by a larger margin on the scoreboard, than the difference between the teams.  The highlight of the quarter was the great team ball movement from the kick-in that resulted in a fantastic goal.  It showed just how well the team is playing together.

The third quarter saw the team winning most of the contests and posession, and dominating the play to have a 7 point lead at three quarter time.  The chasing, tackling, quick ball movement and team play was great to watch & resulted in the well earned lead.
