COACH JOHN TALKS ABOUT FINALS

G'day boys.
I would like to congratulate you all on a wonderful effort in making the finals this season - it is very much deserved. Your commitment to the team has been outstanding and your efforts on the ground superb.
There is now a wonderful opportunity for you to achieve something very special, and all of you will be playing a very important role in that. We will not have a full team of 25 until the Grand Final (if we continue to work hard enough to get there!), so during the finals, some players may have more game time than others, but everyone will have a significant part in each game we do play.
As Robbie and I have said during the year, do the little things well and the results will look after themselves. Now, more than at any stage this year, is the time to really think about that saying, and do what you can to the very best of your ability - at training, at home, (at school!), and on the field. Now is also a very good time to give Mum & Dad a very BIG hug and say thank you for all they have done for you - without them, there would be no footy team.
Good luck boys. I couldn't be prouder of what you have managed to achieve so far - hopefully the best is yet to come!!

GO ROYS!!!!

John
