Support the Fitzroy Seniors

The Fitzroy Football Club will meet Rupertswood in the VAFA D1 Grand Final on September 12th, St Bernard's College Hampton Road, West Essendon (Melway Map 27 J2). The match will begin at 2.15 pm, full details on the Fitzroy Football Club website. While the Fitzroy Reds are no strangers to Grand Finals having won five VAFA Grand Finals, their merger partner the Fitzroy Football Club has not played in a Grand Final for 65 years, since they won the 1944 VFL flag. Come along and support the Roy Boys!

FJFC Presentation Day - September 13

This season's presentation day will be held on Sunday September 13 at the clubrooms, WT Peterson Oval from 10am.

Each team will be allocated 15 minutes for their presentations. Click here for the schedule.

Anyone with boots to donate can bring them along on Presentation Day and put them in the box provided. Donated boots will then be made available for players at the beginning of next season.

Thanks to everyone who has donated their boots over the past few seasons - they have been much appreciated and well used.

And a special thanks to Sally and Chris who set up the Boot Swap program several years ago and who have cleaned and made available hundreds of boots since.

Annual General Meeting - 28 October

The 2009 FJFC Annual General Meeting will be held at 7.30 on Wednesday 28 October in the Community Rooms, Brunswick St Oval.
